Keysun VCI masterbatch, the fundamental raw material for producing the corrosion inhibiting products such as VCI film, is low-density polyethylene master-batch processed on the basis of the mixture and concentration of LDPE, LLDPE and VCI materials. VCI master-batch has a high requirement on the melting point of raw materials and machine extrusion temperature.
Typical characteristics:
1. Environmentally friendly, economical and practical
2. Be applicable to protect ferrous and most non-ferrous metal from rust & corrosion.
3. Be used as an additive in PE film, stretch film, thermo-shrink film, air bubble film, plastic container, and so on.
